Stilmas has completed the full renovation of its headquarters in Settala (MI), transforming it into a modern, efficient, and people-centered workspace that reflects the company’s values of innovation, sustainability, and global excellence.
 

The new layout was designed with employee well-being at its core—featuring open, naturally lit spaces, collaborative areas and enhanced indoor comfort. Sustainability also plays a key role: while solar panel installation is planned, the building already includes numerous energy-saving solutions.

A fully automated air-conditioning system adapts in real time to internal and external conditions, ensuring the ideal temperature year-round. This is complemented by a high-efficiency air recirculation system that guarantees clean, fresh air across all environments.

A company canteen has also been created, fully equipped to allow all employees to enjoy lunch on-site in a comfortable and dedicated space.

The HQ now features 15 themed meeting rooms, each named after a city where Stilmas has delivered major projects—celebrating our international presence. It also includes a direct connection to the FAT area, ensuring a seamless experience for visiting clients by efficiently integrating operational and visitor spaces.

Our meeting rooms also feature custom Masco-branded privacy films—a sleek touch that adds both identity and discretion to our collaborative spaces.

At the entrance, a historical exhibit narrates Stilmas’ journey from its origins to today, honoring decades of growth, expertise, and leadership in clean utilities.
